- Mutual Intro & Pitch Walk-Through This is a 30-minute virtual meeting with a member of our investment team. It’s a two-way conversation for us to learn about your vision and for you to learn about us. You’ll walk us through your pitch, and we’ll have an open Q&A.
- Deeper Dive Discussions If there’s initial alignment, you’ll meet with partners and team members who have specific expertise in your domain. This is our chance to get ‘in the weeds’ on your product, go-to-market strategy, and unit economics.
- Partnership Decision After the deep dives, our partners meet internally for a thorough evaluation and dissection of the opportunity. This is a collaborative debate where we decide whether to move forward. An offer of a term sheet requires the unanimous conviction of our entire partnership.
- Term Sheet If we have strong conviction, we will present a clear, founder-friendly term sheet that outlines the key terms of our proposed partnership. We believe in transparency and straightforward terms.
- Diligence & Decision We conduct focused diligence on the materials you provide and move quickly to a final decision. We believe in being decisive and not wasting your time.
- Signing Once all agreements are finalized, we sign the documents electronically. This is the official start of our journey together.
- Sending of Funds The funds are wired to your company’s bank account, typically within 48 hours of signing. Now, the real work begins.
